Terms of Service

1 License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own language-learning purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our written consent

3 Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

The App offers a free tier with a daily usage limit and optional paid subscriptions (“Velivox Pro”) on weekly, monthly, and yearly plans.

Payment will be charged to your app-store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app-store account settings at any time. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.

4 Refunds

Purchases are processed by the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store), and refunds are handled according to that store’s policies. Please direct refund requests to the relevant store; we will assist where we can.

5 AI-Generated Content

Conversations, corrections, and translations are generated by automated AI systems. They are provided for language-practice purposes and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Velivox is an educational tool and does not provide professional, legal, medical, or certified-translation advice.

6 Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by Infivion LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infivion LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
